PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for utilizing absorptive resins, by which absorptive action in absorptive resins such as nonionic resins can be utilized for aromatic ornaments, or soil cultivation plants can be inexpensively raised in plant culture medium colored with red food dye or the like. SOLUTION: The method for utilizing absorptive resins comprises the following processes: raising a plant 20 in a culture medium container 10 as shown in Fig. 1, which comprises a container 10a as an outer frame, and a backflow- prevention-sheet bag 40 wrapping the root of the plant 20 disposed in the container 10a, arranging absorptive nonionic resins 30b (second nonionic resins, second resins) in the backflow-prevention-sheet bag 40, arranging the backflow- prevention-sheet bag 40 and non-absorption nonionic resins 30a (first nonionic resins, first resins) in the container 10a, and properly supplying water to the container 10a and the backflow-prevention-sheet bag 40 so as to hold moisture.
