PURPOSE: A process of preparing a pill for the prevention of diabetes using black soybeans, mulberry leaves, glutinous rice, potatoes, green tea, onions and grain syrup(corn syrup) is provided. The pill has prevention effect on hypertension and diabetes. CONSTITUTION: About 60% by weight of mulberry leaf powder is blended with 12% by weight of black soybeans, 10% by weight of glutinous rice flour and 5% by weight of each potato powder, green tea powder and onion powder, and then followed by 3% by weight of grain syrup. Thereafter, the mixture is formulated into a pill having a diameter of 0.5 to 0.7m/m.
