PURPOSE: A vegetable waste processing apparatus is provided to blend a food waste containing moisture in several times and dry the food waste and then to incinerate the food waste. CONSTITUTION: A vegetable waste processing apparatus is composed of a hopper(H) for inputting a vegetable waste, an input amount controller(2), a blender(12) for blending the vegetable waste from the input amount controller in small sizes, a conveyer(22) for conveying the resulting food waste to a required position, guide pairs(24) for gathering the blended waste on the conveyer to the center portion, drying roller pairs(26a1,26a2-26d1,26d2) for drying the blended waste on the conveyer, a driver, a transmission, and an incinerator(54) for the blended waste. The driver drives the input amount controller, conveyer, drying rollers, and blender via the transmission.
