ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM USING ACRYL MODIFIED POLYURETHANE

PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided, which is used to fix the upper and lower circuits of an electronic component and to contact them electrically, and has excellent tensile strength and toughness. CONSTITUTION: The anisotropic conductive film comprises an adhesive part comprising 100 parts by weight of an acryl modified polyurethane resin, and 0.1-10 parts by weight of a peroxide or an azo compound as a curing agent; and the conductive metal powder contained in the adhesive part. Preferably the metal powder has the nickel powder with a size of 10 micrometers or less; the curing agent has a 10 hours half-life temperature of 100 deg.C or less; and the acryl modified polyurethane resin contains an acryl reactive group in a polyurethane resin. The anisotropic conductive film has a temperature for heat activation of 60-130 deg.C.
