PURPOSE: Closing structure of a door glass for a vehicle is provided to improve sealing efficiency by contacting a sealing rib of a door glass run to upper and both sides of the door glass, and to enhance comfortableness by preventing inflow of dust and noise in closing the door glass. CONSTITUTION: A door frame(3) is installed in the upper part of a door panel of a door, and a staple-shaped door glass run body(4) is fitted to the door frame. A planar outer rib(5) is integrally formed in the outer wall of the door glass run body, and the end of the outer rib is placed in the cavity of the door glass run body. A tubular sealing rib(20) is integrally formed in the inner wall of the door glass run body and placed in the cavity. The outer rib is linearly contacted to both sides and the upper outside of the door glass, and the sealing rib is contacted to both sides and the upper inside of the door glass in closing the door glass. Sealing efficiency is improved, and noise in closing the door glass is prevented.
