PURPOSE: A submarine water storage and feed apparatus is provided to minimize the damage due to drought by storing the water in a plentiful water season and using it in a droughty season efficiently. CONSTITUTION: The submarine water storage and feed apparatus is characterized in that valves are mounted on the top of a water storage unit(1) which is installed under the sea with a plurality of floats installed in to connect the water communication tubes(2,3) connected to the ground water collecting parts(8) individually, the corrugated tubes having a filtering net on the end thereof are installed inside the water storage unit(1) to connect to the valves, a volume variable water collecting cavity(21) or a water lifting pump is installed removably on the end of the optional water communication tubes(2,3) located in the water collecting part(8), a plurality of supporting rings(13) into which a connecting tie of a reinforcement net(4) connected to an anchoring member(5) is inserted are installed outside the water storage unit(1) while a foreign substance removing window is installed downside of the water storage unit(1) in an open-and-shut-mode.
