PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate, etc., which continuously keep high water cleaning ability for a long period of time and is safe and no adverse effect on the environment. SOLUTION: This laminate 1 is formed by depositing a metal to be subjected to ion exchange on a synthetic resin film 11 to form a deposited film 12, mutually bonding the formed synthetic resin films with an adhesive 13 so that the deposited coating films 12 are laid inside to produce a sandwich-like structure and grinding the structure into a powdery state or cutting into a filament. The metal to be subjected to ion exchange is, concretely, a metal such as silver, copper, zinc, etc.
