PURPOSE: A package module of a charge coupled device is provided to guarantee airtightness of the entire module and stability of an image processor unit, by embodying an image sensor unit and the image processor unit in one module. CONSTITUTION: A processor chip(6) and a condenser(7) are entirely molded at once, attached to one side surface of F-PCB(1). Stiffener(8) is installed on the other side surface of the F-PCB. An image sensor chip(5) is wire-bonded to the upper surface of the stiffener to connect the F-PCB with a signal line. Glass(10) fixedly attached to the upper surface of the stiffener is fixed to a glass fixing housing(3). A lens(4) is fixed to a lens fixing housing(2). An assembly is composed of the glass fixing housing and the lens fixing housing to protect the image sensor chip and a wire-bonding region. |
