PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming an image in an electrophotograph type is provided to reduce waste of resources and environmental pollution by using a developer container in common. CONSTITUTION: A developer container(120) contains a developer(121). A developing roll unit(110) is installed in front of a photo conductor(100), and includes a supporting member(115) supporting a developing roller(111) and to which the developer container is attached. A waste developer container(120') is formed in the same shape as the developer container and collects a residual developer. A waste developer container mounting unit(130) is installed in the rear part of the photo conductor, supports a removing blade(131), and on which the waste developer container is mounted. If the developer of the developer container is used up, the empty developer container is used as the waste developer container and only the waste developer container collecting the residual developer is thrown away.
