CENTRAL TUBE TYPE OPTICAL CABLE

PURPOSE: A central tube type optical cable is provided to enhance a waterproof characteristic by filling mixed powders of waterproof powders and inorganic powders into the inside of a central tube. CONSTITUTION: The inside of a central tube(104) is filled with mixed powders(114) of waterproof powders and inorganic powders. The central tube is formed with a plastic material. One or more optical fibers(106) is inserted into the inside of the central tube. The central tube is surrounded by an external coating portion(100). The optical fibers are formed with optical fiber bundle tubes. The optical bundle tubes are formed with one material selected from a group including PVC(Poly-Vinyl Chloride), polyesteramide copolymer, soft ethylene-propylene copolymer, and styrene-butadiene rubber.
