Invention relates also to method of prophylaxis or minimization of atherosclerosis development in human that involves prescription of vegetable sterol and soybean matter and/or isoflavone to humans in combination (simultaneously) being the dose of vegetable sterol is at least 0.49% of total weight of vegetable sterol and soybean protein matter and/or isoflavone.
