FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing fruit syrup produced by sublimation drying process, glucose, edible soluble potassium salt, caking preventing agent, pectin and preparation of Pythium irregulare micromycete biomass. Said preparation is produced by subsequent extraction of biomass with nonpolar extractant in supercritical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali, and water, followed with combining of first extract with solid residue. Preparation produced has increased content of immunity stimulating substances. EFFECT: simplified process and increased quality of nutritive mixture. |
