FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as hydraulic motors or hydraulic pumps and for changing flow rate of liquids or gases. Proposed roller-vane machine contains working chamber including base parts accommodating rotor with vanes and rollers-dividers in bores to form larger and smaller inter- roller chambers. Rollers-dividers are interconnected by synchronizing gears. Channels are made in base parts to let working medium in and out. Working chamber is provided with bandage enclosing it over periphery and made in form of distributing unit with channels to let working medium in and out. Said channels are connected, respectively, with inlet and outlet channels made in base parts, and with channels for hydraulic or gas unloading of rotor and rollers-dividers. Distributing unit is press-fitted on one or several base parts or is fitted on with diametral clearance on cylindrical surface.
