FIELD: rolled stock production, straightening rolled stock in roller-type multiple-action sign- variable bending straightening machine. SUBSTANCE: sheet straightening machine includes two rows of straightening rollers arranged at the same pitch t in staggered fashion. Upper row of rollers is arranged on movable traverse bar, lower row of rollers is arranged stationary on frame. Machine is provided with orienting and guiding non-driven rollers arranged respectively in front of and behind upper row of straightening rollers along direction of manufacturing process. Said non-driven rollers are mounted in such a way that they are spaced by distance non more than 2t from terminal straightening rollers with possibility of controlled motion. Driven frame rollers are mounted in front of and behind lower row of straightening rollers in such a way that they are spaced by distance no more than 2t from terminal straightening rollers. Lower row of straightening rollers is provided at each side at least with one additional straightening roller mounted relative to adjacent straightening roller with pitch t and with possibility of vertical reciprocation motion. EFFECT: simplified design of sheet straightening machine, high quality of straightened sheets in wide range of thickness values and mechanical properties. 3 cl, 1 dwg |
