PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gusseted bag with a fastener tape and its manufacturing method, made of a laminated film, provided with a fastener tape heat-bonded to an inner face of a mouth of the bag, excellent in usability, and capable of simplifying its manufacturing steps to have excellent productivity. SOLUTION: By using a laminated film 1 provided with a sealant layer laminated on the innermost layer thereof, a bag main body is formed into a gusset type having, on both its left and right sides, folded-back parts 2a and 2b which are formed by folding back the laminated film 1 inwardly in the form of a folded pleat. A fastener tape 50 is diagonally inserted into an inner face side positioned in the vicinity of one of open ends, which forms a mouth of a bag, so as to extend from one corner side of the bag main body to the end of the laterally opposed side thereof on the side different from the side of the folded pleat-like folded-back parts 2a and 2b on both the sides of the bag main body. The fastener tape 50 is then heat-bonded to the inner face, and edges of the sides at four corners of the bag main body are heat- sealed at side seal portions 4a-4d, thus forming the gusseted bag with the fastener tape. In addition, an outer side of the portion of the bag, where the fastener tape is heat-bonded, can be heat-sealed with a thermal adhesive having easily peeling properties. |
