SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire has three main grooves 1 extending straight in a tire circumference direction on a tread surface, and interconnects the main grooves 1 with a plurality of sub grooves 2 at intervals in the tire circumference direction to form block rows 4. A groove area percentage of the sub grooves 2 in a total groove area is 5 to 30%, the number of sub grooves 2 distributed in a ground contact region is 8 to 16, and each block 3 forming the block rows 4 has one to four sipes 6 extending in a tire width direction. |
