PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an operation panel and an air conditioner unit in common in both a manual type and an automatic type, and facilitate the maintenance of an actuator for controlling the operation of a damper. SOLUTION: A control part 26 for the operation panel 20 is arranged separately, the operation panel 20 is provided with the actuators 23 and 24 for controlling the operation of the dampers 9 to 11, and the actuators 23 and 24 and the dampers 9 to 11 are connected by wire cables 25 and 28. The air conditioner unit 2 and a body of the operation panel 20 are structurally the same in both a manual type and an automatic type, and are thus usable in common. The actuators 23 and 24 are arranged on the operation panel 20 for easy maintenance.
