PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep appreciable appearance by arranging on a lower part a rising wall portion for covering a sidewall edge of an upper part, and impart the feeling of oneness of the lower part and the upper part. SOLUTION: A bulging step portion 15 edging a body surface 13 of the lower part 1 is arranged along a corner region between the body surface 13 and an under flange 11. The rising wall portions 14 flush with the bulging step portion 15 are arranged continuously in both end faces of a rising flange 12. By covering edges of both side walls 21b of the upper part 2 with the rising wall portions 14 on the lower parts 1, the upper part 2 is integrally assembled and fixed on the lower part 1.
