PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper winder which prevents a slightly remaining toilet paper roll from being exchanged and discarded. SOLUTION: The toilet paper exchanged without being used to the last suffices if such toilet paper is neatly taken up on the toilet paper roll under use and is used to the last. The efficiency is poor and the protruding paper hinders neat taking up if such work is manually carried out. This toilet paper winder is a manual type of lining up the two toilet paper rolls side by side, passing round rods and square arbors mounted with cranks to the cores of the rolls and pressing both ends with flat plates to prevent the protrusion or is a motor operated toilet paper winder using a motor.
