PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure for a screw cover 2 of which the opening/closing work can be easily performed, and at the same time, which can be held either under a closed state or an open state. SOLUTION: This screw cover 2 is attached to a rack in a manner to be openable by a turning motion by protrudingly providing hinge pins 3a and 3b on the top and the bottom. Then, the screw cover 2 is urged to a post 1 in the closing direction of the screw cover 2 by a spring 5. At the same time, a washer 7 having a notch, which has the notch 6 engageable with the screw cover 2, is fixed in the vicinity of an inserting hole 4b of the lower hinge pin 3b of the screw cover 2. When the screw cover 2 is opened, the screw cover 2 is engaged with the notch 6 of the washer 7 having the notch. Thus, the screw cover 2 can be held even under the opened state.
