<p>Hair care water-in-oil emulsion compositions comprise a discontinuous phase which comprises a water-soluble polyalkylene glycol having a number average molecular weight of from about 200 to about 900 and from about 4 to about 18 repeating alkylene oxide radicals, wherein each of the repeating alkylene oxide radicals has from 2 to 6 carbon atoms; and a continuous phase which comprises a silicone emulsifier, and a volatile, hydrophobic solvent. Methods for styling hair comprise applying the emulsion compositions to hair.</p> |
