COIL-AUTOMATIC PACKING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A device for automatically packing coils is provided to automatically pack coils by track rotation of a taping car, without worker's intervention. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically packing coils includes a girder post supported by plural support posts; a cylinder moving assembly(2-1) disposed on the top of the girder post, to be moved along gear rails(6-1) installed on the top of the girder post; a taping car-track chassis(2-3) connected to the cylinder moving assembly and centered to the inner diameter of a coil(C) moved to be packed; a tape roller-cutting part(2-4) installed at right angles to the taping car-track chassis; and a taping car(100) installed to be turned along the taping car-track chassis. The tape roller-cutting part withdraws and cuts a tape disposed within the taping car. Accordingly, packing of coils is safely performed without worker's intervention.
