PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation having both activities of bleaching activities with excellent effects for inhibiting melanin formation, preventing and ameliorating pigmentation such as freckles and liver spots, and ameliorating the translucent feeling of the skin, and antiaging activities with excellent cell- activating effects, and preventing and ameliorating wrinkles, flabby skin or the like. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation contains a component derived from a germinated broccoli. Preferably, the skin care preparation contains the component derived from the germinated broccoli, and one or more kinds of medicinal agents selected from a bleaching agent, an antioxidant, an antiinflammatory agent, a cell-activating agent and an ultraviolet preventive. |
