<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an air bag device from being partially deformed at a burst-open predicted line and a hinge line when thermal expansion occurs when the air bag device is not operated. SOLUTION: The burst-open predicted line 24 and a hinge line 26 of specified lengths extending along the outer edge line of a door panel 22 comprise first areas 42/46 solidified in foam stop state on the outer surface of the door panel 22 along the outer edge line and second areas 44/48 solidified in foam state along the outer edge line of the door panel 22 on the insides of the first areas 442/46. When the air bag device is not operated, the partial deformation can be prevented from occurring along the burst-open predicted line by the presence of the first area 42 on the burst-open predicted line 24. Also, the partial deformation can be prevented from occurring along the hinge line 26 by the presence of the first area 46 on the hinge line 26.</p> |
