<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the vent structure of a reaction extruder capable of preventing the condensation of a reactant in a vent part during the kneading and extrusion of a resin. SOLUTION: In the vent structure of the reaction extruder for degassing the volatile reactant from the reaction extruder, a heater 36 is formed above a screw 18 so as to surround the inner surface 34 of the vent 16 constituted of a vent cylinder 26 and a vent metal utensil 28. When the condensation of the reactant is detected by a sensor 40, the heater 36 receives the supply of power from a heater control part 38 to heat the inner surface 34 of the vent 16 and the condensed reactant is re-evaporated to accelerate the degassing from an exhaust port 32.</p> |
