PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated film good in interlaminar bonding properties by the direct extrusion lamination of a substrate film having an ink layer and a laminating molten film, without applying an anchor coating agent to the ink surface of the substrate film and applying complicated operation such as ozone treatment or the like to the laminating molten film. SOLUTION: The laminated film is obtained by applying the direct extrusion lamaination of a laminating resin, which comprises an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid/(meth)acrylic ester copolymer or a mixed resin composition comprising this copolymer and an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer, and/or an ethylene/(meth)acrylic ester copolymer and containing 1-12 wt.% of an unsaturated carboxylic acid component and 2-25 wt.% of (meth)acrylic ester copolymer, to the ink surface of the substrate film. |
