<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excretion treatment apparatus capable of applying aeration to an excretion fluid more efficiently than before to obtain the aerated excretion fluid having predetermined characteristics. SOLUTION: The excretion treatment apparatus has a front storage tank for storing the excretion fluid from which solid matter is almost removed, a first aeration tank for applying aeration treatment to the excretion fluid supplied from the front storage tank, a second aeration tank for subjecting the output from the first aeration tank to aeration treatment, at least one ageing tank for storing the output from the second aeration tank, the aerators arranged in the vicinity of the inner bottom parts of the first and second aeration tanks, at least one defoaming part for defoaming the foam generated in each of the first and second aeration tanks, at least one defoamed water tank provided at the position higher than the liquid surface of each of the first and second aeration tanks and storing the defoamed water from each of the defoaming parts of the first and second aeration tanks and a pipe means for guiding defoamed water from the defoamed water tank into the aerator arranged to the inner bottom part of the second aeration tank or into the excretion fluid in the vicinity thereof.</p> |
