PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of peeling between a lamination fixture and a first layer in laminating the first layer after manufacturing a ceramic laminate having electrodes on both upper and lower surfaces. SOLUTION: An apparatus for laminating a ceramic green sheet is equipped with a first processing means for peeling a carrier film after holding a feed film 10 being the ceramic green sheet stuck to one side surface of the carrier film so that the carrier film side becomes upside to be laminated on a specific laminating position; a second processing means for laminating the left ceramic green sheet on the laminating position after holding the feed film 10 so that carrier film side becomes downside to peel the carrier film; and a process selecting means for arbitrarily selecting either of the first processing means or the second processing means.
