PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device for a vehicle capable of preventing tire abrasion or an overload on a steering actuator in stationary swing steering, preventing run of a vehicle in an unintended direction by a driver in starting the vehicle immediately after stationary swing steering, preventing deterioration of operability, and providing correct reaction. SOLUTION: Motion of the steering actuator 2 is transmitted to wheels 4 to generate steering angle change. The steering actuator 2 is controlled to change the ratio between operation quantity of an operation member 1 and rolled and steered quantity of the wheels 4. Generated reaction of an operation actuator 19 to generate reaction operable in a neutral position restoration direction of the operation member 1 becomes larger as deviation between the operation quantity of the operation member 1 and the rolled and steered quantity of the wheels 4 becomes larger when the deviation is larger than a set value. |
