PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with recognizing the direction of a steering wheel to improve work efficiency. SOLUTION: A straight run button 164 is pressed by an operator, this pressing operation is detected by a switch sensor 41, and a power steering motor 32 is controlled by a target steering speed operating part 34 and a motor driver 37 to set a steering angle detected by a steering angle sensor 33 to reach a corresponding value to the straight run condition of a vehicle. The steering wheel 223 is thus steered to the straight run condition without requiring rotating operation to the steering wheel 161.
