PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging bag having a rigid hanging member made by adhering a reinforcement of an arbitary material to the hanging member with a pressure sensitive adhesive. SOLUTION: The hanging member is formed at a hanging part by applying a pressure sensitive adhesive to a rear face of a reinforcement and by sticking the reinforcement to the hanging member with the pressure sensitive adhesive and simultaneously hanging the hanging member to a display bar. A hanging bag with a reinforcement is capable of being easily manufactured at a lower cost, and the reinforcement to which the pressure sensitive adhesive of a free material is applied can be selected for the hanging bag.
