PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use the remaining sheets of a notebook even when the use of the notebook from the front cover side is ended halfway and further to use one notebook for two subjects or purposes. SOLUTION: A front cover I is provided on one of the opposite sides of a bundle of a plurality of sheets of the notebook, while a front cover II equal to the front cover I is provided on the opposite rear side so that the top and bottom thereof are opposite to those of the front cover I. In order to enable the use of a header, a footer and rules in the same way when the notebook is used in an inverted state, the notebook is constituted by binding the sheets whereon the header, the footer and the rules are so printed that they are in point symmetry with respect to the central point 8, in a state of the notebook being spread.
