FIELD: aviation; manufacture of helicopters; main rotor blade tips. SUBSTANCE: proposed tip includes rear and front parts separated by diaphragm and contour light mounted in rear part on diaphragm by means of holder base opposite to cut-out closed by detachable glass; its length exceeds length of radius transition by width of clamp embracing the projection on leading edge of glass; it is secured on tip by means of screws and anchor nuts fitted on profile whose width exceeds width of opposite profile by at least width of clamp provided with undercut resting against end face of glass. Contour light is connected with electric wire through hole made in diaphragm under holder base. EFFECT: increased service life of blades; reduction of time required for performing maintenance jobs. 8 cl, 5 dwg
