REACTOR WITH METAL HYDRIDE

PURPOSE: A reactor with a metal hydride is provided to prevent discharge of metal hydride powder to the outside of a reacting tube and to reduce contamination of the metal hydride reactor due to the metal hydride powder. CONSTITUTION: A reactor includes a plurality of reacting tubes(20) connected to a distribution pipe in which hydrogen flows; a hydrogen channel pipe(22) installed in the reacting tube to form a hydrogen channel; metal hydride(23) charged in the reacting tube on an outside of the hydrogen channel pipe to discharge heat when hydrogen is absorbed and to absorb heat when hydrogen is discharged; and a dust collector(34) installed on a hydrogen inlet of the reacting tube, and collecting metal hydride powder using magnetism to prevent discharge of metal hydride to the outside of the reacting tube. The collector forms magnetic field to collect metal hydride powder when hydrogen is discharged from the reacting tube, and removes the magnetic filed to introduce collected metal hydride into the reacting tube when hydrogen is introduced in to the reacting tube.
