TREATMENT METHOD FOR ORGANIC WASTE AND SYSTEM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for organic waste for enhancing the treatment efficiency of methane fermentation by effectively preventing the generation of ammonia being an inhibition substance in methane fermentation and enhancing the recovery ratio of a useful substance to accelerate the recycling thereof. SOLUTION: In the treatment method for organic waste containing protein, protein is extracted from a part of organic waste or the whole thereof in the front stage of methane fermentation and the organic waste after the extraction of protein or waste obtained by mixing the residual organic waste with the organic waste after the extraction of protein is subjected to methane fermentation. The treatment system for organic waste containing protein is also disclosed.
