PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly swell an air bag 19 by increasing the degree of the opening of an air bag door 35 in an instrument panel 1 formed so that the air bag door 35 is formed of the breakage predicted part 33 and the hinge part 34 of a base material 5, the breakage predicted part 33 is broken by the expansion of the air bag 19 disposed at the rear of the air bag door, and the air bag door 35 is opened while rotating about the hinge part 34. SOLUTION: The hinge part 34 of the base material 5 of the air bag door 35 is formed as a first hinge part, and a second hinge part 40 apart a specified distance dl from and extending parallel with the first hinge part 34 is formed on the air bag swelling port 36 inner side of the first hinge part.
