PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer having excellent moldability without causing bleed of a process oil on the surface of a molded product even when passing through a change with time in a high-temperature state after molding and the molded product. SOLUTION: This olefinic thermoplastic elastomer comprises (A) 5-30 wt.% of a specific crystalline ethylenic polymer, (B) 20-70 wt.% of an ethylene-α-olefin (-nonconjugated polyene) copolymer rubber, (C) 5-40 wt.% of a highly steroregular propylene polymer having >=95% steroregular mesopentad fraction [mmmm] and (D) 10-50 wt.% of the process oil [the sum total of the components (A), (B), (C) and (D) is 100 wt.%].
