FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing forming chamber having in- and outflow canals and tube mounted in inflow casing opening. The outlet opening of the inflow canal is bordered with ring-shaped protrusion. Flexible curved membrane is fixed in chamber cavity. The membrane covers outlet opening of the inflow canal in normal position. The membrane has holes disposed outside of the ring-shaped protrusion contact area. The outflow canal of the casing is brought onto the distributing plate surface. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; avoided complications. 2 cl, 1 dwg
