PURPOSE: A transparent thermoplastic resin composition having good releasing ability is provided for achieving excellent and balanced physical properties such as transparency, impact-resistance, chemical-resistance, workability and releasing property by adding metal salt of higher fatty acid and silicon oil as releasing agent. CONSTITUTION: A transparent thermoplastic resin composition having good releasing ability comprises monomer mixture composed of 8-25 weight parts of polybutadiene rubber latex, 40-70 weight parts of alkylester methacrylate or alkylester acrylate compounds, 15-30 weight parts of aromatic vinyl compound and 1-20 weight parts of vinyl cyanic compound; emulsifying agent, controlling agent of molecular weight, and polymerization initiator to proceed graft-polymerization. The composition further includes 0.001-1 weight parts of metal salt of higher fatty acid and 0.01-0.1 weight parts of silicon oil.
