PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus for presenting a diagnostic sequence capable of performing presence diagnosis and qualititative diagnosis. SOLUTION: In a contrast echo method, an ultrasound image collection processing is performed in response to the diagnostic sequence with which a transmitting condition ML1 being optimal for presence diagnosis and the transmitting condition ML2 or ML3 being optimal for qualititative diagnosis are respectively set and properly changed-over. In this case, the transmitting conditions are changed-over automatically or only by an indication from an operator using a change button in response to a previously registered program. When diagnosis is shifted between the presence one and the qualititative one, flash transmission is performed by a transmitting condition MLh so that a contrast agent is observed when it newly flows into an observation area. |
