<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding tool which fixes thin sheets in welding the thin sheets by using a laser and decreases welding strains. SOLUTION: This welding tool consists of a lower die tool 15, an upper die tool 17 and screws 19, for which materials having the thermal conductivity of the materials of the lower die tool 15 and the upper die tool 17 higher than 24 W/m.K and specific heat higher than 460 J/kg.K (for example, silicon carbide (thermal conductivity: 100 W/m.K and specific heat 700 J/kg.K)) are selected and further, grooves 15b and 17c are formed on the surfaces of the lower die tool 15 and the upper die tool 17.</p> |
