PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and surely deliver paper sheets without allowing the paper sheets to cause buckling when the paper sheets are delivered. SOLUTION: In this paper sheet delivery device, the forwardmost paper sheets P of stacked paper sheets are kicked out by a kicker roller 14, separated into one sheet by a gate part G, and carried out by a feed roller 8. The kicker roller 14 is set to such a roller diameter as to rotate 2 to 1.5 rotations for each rotation of the feed roller 8 and set to such a timing that a boundary part 14c between the small diameter part 14a and the large diameter part 14b of the kicker roller 14 kicks out the paper sheets P at a delivery timing when the high friction part 11 of the feed roller 8 comes into contact with the paper sheets.
