PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the rigidity of an instrument panel and carry the instrument panel by an assistance device even for a structure wherein a steering member is not provided over a whole width or a structure wherein the steering member is not installed when installing the instrument panel on a vehicle as a module. SOLUTION: A duct forming member 5 for forming ducts 51, 52 and 53 forming a closed sectional shape with a core member 24 is provided on a back surface of the core member 24 on a back surface of the instrument panel 2. A receiving part 6 forming a closed sectional shape with the core member 24 and the duct forming member 5 and supportable by a holding part 42 of the assistance device 4 is formed at a position near a side bent duct 52.
