PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cylinder transport carriage capable of transporting a gas cylinder regardless of states (wideness) of a corner of a transport passage in a factory. SOLUTION: A gas cylinder placement plate 3 is fixed to one end part of a frame 1, two wheels 5 connected by an axle are installed onto a frame position facing the gas cylinder placement plate 3, a caster 8 is coupled by a connection member to be provided at a specified distance from the axle, and the caster 8 is connected to the frame 1 by a V-shaped support member 10 in this gas cylinder transport carriage. The connection member is formed of two connection members 9a and 9b coupled to each other to be foldable in the middle. A changing lever 11 is provided to fold the connection member at a coupled part for changing distance between the wheels 5 and the caster 8.
