PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a cross angle between rolls. SOLUTION: In a rolling mill for performing the cross rolling of a steel sheet, the mill is provided with inner housings 12, 13, a pair of an upper roll 5 and a lower roll 20 which are arranged respectively up and down in the inner housing 12, 13, bearings 16, 21 which are installed in the inner housings 12, 13 along the axial directions of the rolls and with which respective both ends of the upper roll 15 and the lower roll 20 are pivotally supported, moving means for crossing the upper roll 15 and the lower roll 20 each other by moving the inner housings 12, 13, and fixing means for fixing the inner housings 12, 13. Center pins 14, 19 for making the centers in the width direction of the rolls coincide when performing the cross rolling of the steel sheet with the upper roll 15 and the lower roll 20 are respectively provided on the top and the bottom of each inner housing 12, 13.
