发明名称 REFRIGERANT SUCTION MECHANISM OF PISTON TYPE COMPRESSOR AND PISTON TYPE COMPRESSOR
摘要 PURPOSE: A refrigerant suction mechanism of a piston type compressor and the piston type compressor are provided to improve volumetric efficiency of the piston type compressor and prevent a leakage of refrigerant in a compressor chamber. CONSTITUTION: A piston type compressor includes a cam member mounted on a rotary shaft(21) for the integral rotation with the rotary shaft. The compressor has a refrigerant passage for flowing refrigerant toward a compression chamber. The cam member converts a rotation of the rotary shaft into a linear reciprocating movement of pistons in cylinder bores arranged around the rotary shaft. Each of the cylinder bores defines a compression chamber by the associated piston. The refrigerant is introduced to, compressed in and discharged from the compression chamber when the piston is in a suction stroke, a compressing stroke and a discharge stroke respectively. A reaction force is generated in the compression chamber and acts on the piston when the piston is in the discharge stroke. A rotary valve(35,36) located adjacent to the rotary shaft includes an introducing passage(31,32) communicating with the refrigerant passage. A suction passage(33A,34A) is connected to each cylinder bore at the one end and selectively connected to and disconnected from the introducing passage in accordance with the rotation of the rotary valve. The reaction force acting on the piston is transmitted to the rotary valve to urge the rotary valve against the other end of the suction passage connected to the cylinder bore.
