PURPOSE: A joint shaft heat sink structure is provided to efficiently prevent transferring a radiant heat emitted from an exhaust manifold by installing a heat sink to cover completely a surface of the heat sink to a fix bracket. CONSTITUTION: A joint shaft heat sink structure is composed of a shaft(20) rotating by a power transferred from a side gear, a fix bracket(30) having a coupling hole(31) on the upper portion thereof for fixing the shaft on an engine block, a bearing and a seal between the shaft and the fixed bracket, and a heat sink(60). The heat sink(60) is formed at the fix bracket to prevent a deterioration of a durability of the bearing and the seal by the radiant heat from an exhaust manifold. A coupling hole of the fix bracket and a coupling hole of the engine block are formed to an upper portion of the heat sink to completely cover the fix bracket.
