APPARATUS FOR RESTORING WORN PARTS

FIELD: welding equipment, possibly repairing and restoration of worn parts by surfacing. SUBSTANCE: each two vertical struts of apparatus are fastened by means of mutually opposite cross beams. Sleeves of beams are coaxially mounted onto struts with possibility of vertical motion. Frame has on opposite sides outer axles mounted in sliding bearing assemblies of beams for rearranging and fixing wheel with vertical or horizontal position of axis. Said outer axles are secured to other sides of frame in sliding bearing assemblies with axles mounted in them for rearranging at surfacing and at axial rotation of wheel relative to frame. Sleeves are mounted on ends of beams. Sliding bearing assemblies are mounted in mean portion of beams. Stationary stoppers for limiting lower position of beams are arranged under beams. Limiting openings for placing limiting rods are made in vertical struts. It is possible to restore worn surfaces of impellers of dredges and other parts with similar worn surfaces. EFFECT: simple mobile easy in operation reliable apparatus suitable for using in condition of relatively small production areas. 3 cl, 5 dwg
