Then it is necessary to prescribe the intake of alpha1 - adrenoblocking agent for 2 wk, for example, tamsulozine. Repeated uroflowmetry should be carried out. In case of higher value under testing after treating with alpha1 - adrenoblocking agent it is necessary to continue medicinal therapy, in case of deterioration - one should conduct surgical treatment.
