FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: arterial pressure is determined by Korotkov's technique. Average arterial pressure is calculated. By plethysmogram's curvature one should detect average capillary pressure both in initial state and at the background of reactive hyperemia. Volumetric circulation is detected. Radius gain of small arteries and arterioles should be calculated against initial radius Deltar by mathematical formula with the usage of the above- mentioned parameters. At Deltar value being 1.43-1.91 for antebrachium and 1.50-2.04 for shin it is possible to detect normal radius gain value in peripheral arteries. It is noninvasive method to detect radius gains of small arterial vessels. EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. 1 tbl |
